Food & Drink Festival

The annual Stowmarket Food and Drink Festival, in partnership with Stowmarket Town Council, takes place on the first Sunday of July each year. As one of the partnership venues for the two biggest annual town-wide events, it is a privilege each year to host a fun family area at Red Gables from 10am to 3pm which often sees 5000+ visitors throughout the day.

We host a variety of community groups and charity stalls located around our car park which all host their own activities, including raffles, tombola’s, gifts and crafts for sale, and much more! We also are able to offer a budget-friendly BBQ and refreshments cafe in our Redwoods building, as well as live music and facepainting.

Red Gables is conveniently located at the top of town, opposite The Mix and next to The Regal. If driving, we can be found at the top of Hollingsworth Road behind the Victorian brick wall.
